Chicken with a hair tye... She wears it well.
Her name is Wilma. Photo was posted by her owner, Cindy, as a part of the BackYard Chicken's Crested Chicken Contest.

To my knowledge, the above chickens were not a part of the Crested Chicken Contest like Wilma but I think they could benefit from some hair accessories as well...
